Anxiety, a lack of motivation, or a negative relationship with exercise can feel impossible to overcome alone. This isn’t a workout; it’s a coaching session focused on building a positive mindset. I will help you find a type of movement you genuinely enjoy and build a sustainable routine that fits your lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Personalised Services Welcome! We are delighted to have you join our coaching sessions. This policy applies to all one-on-one services, including Bespoke Personal Training, Movement & Mindset Coaching, Nutrition Guidance, Longevity & Mobility Coaching, and Pickleball Coaching. To ensure a smooth experience for all, please read and agree to the following before booking. 1. Booking and Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system. We require you to complete our "Let's Get Started" form prior to your first booking. Your booking is not confirmed until it has been manually approved by your coach. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a session. With more than 24 hours' notice, you will be eligible for a full refund or a credit to reschedule your session. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is considered a "late cancellation." In this case, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund or credit will be issued. 3. No-Shows If you book a session and do not attend without prior cancellation, it will be considered a "no-show," and you will be charged for the full session fee. 4. Punctuality Please aim to arrive or be ready for your session on time. Your session will begin promptly at the scheduled time and cannot be extended due to a late start. 5. Health and Safety Your well-being is our top priority. We rely on the information provided in your "Let's Get Started" form. It is your responsibility to inform your coach of any new injuries, changes to your health, or conditions before the start of each session. By booking a personalised service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking policy.
