The Problem
As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass and bone density, which can lead to a decline in mobility and a higher risk of falls. This can affect independence and reduce our quality of life.

With my qualifications in supporting clients with long-term conditions, I will design a safe and effective programme to help you. Our focus is on exercises that improve balance, increase muscle strength, and support bone density. I will work at a comfortable pace, ensuring you feel confident and in control as you build the strength to enjoy your life to the fullest.
