This innovative programme is designed to get you into sport and movement in a fun, social setting. With a grant from Sport England, our sessions are a unique alternative to a traditional gym. We combine structured strength training to work on key areas of your body for functional support with dynamic, on-court pickleball play. It's a great way to improve your overall fitness while enjoying a popular game with a supportive group.

Movement & Mindset Coaching

This unique service uses exercise psychology and accountability to help you overcome the mental barriers to movement. It is not a traditional workout but a one-on-one coaching session focused on a conversation-based approach. Pickleball Coaching

We'll work on everything from your technique and strategy to your serve and volley, tailoring each session to your specific goals. Coaching is available for both adults and children, either as a 1:1 or within a small group

Our Commitment to the Community

Thanks to a grant from Sport England, we are proud to offer free sessions of Powerplay Pickleball to individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to move and improve their health, and we are committed to making a positive impact on our local community.
